This Agreement is a public contract (offer) between FOP NIKOLAIENKO S.K. (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide software development services (website) based on the template selected by the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for these services.
2.1. Payment is made on the terms of 100% prepayment. For projects from $1,200 — 50% upfront + 50% after demo of finished project.
2.2. Payments are made via bank transfer to the Contractor's account.
3.1. All services and digital products are delivered electronically via email or secure download link.
3.2. Delivery time depends on the project complexity and is specified in the individual scope of work.
3.3. No physical goods are shipped.
4.1. Property rights to the created website are transferred to the Customer after full payment for the services.
4.2. The Contractor reserves the right to use the created materials in their own portfolio.
