This policy forms part of the TimeKairos Public Offer (Subject of the Agreement) and applies to all digital services covered by the Offer: catalog website development and adaptation, AI X-Ray, SEO Passport, migration, redesign, support, web applications, Performance Landing, Kairos Seasons, consultations, AI materials, and other packages or services offered on timekairos.com.ua.

If our team has started working but the result hasn't been delivered — refund minus actual hours worked at $30/hour. Hours are fully transparent and visible in your project tracker — a tracker is provided for web-development projects; small standalone add-on services may not get a separate one.
After delivery of the agreed digital result (source-code archive, audit report, materials, or other deliverable under the brief), refunds are not available because digital products can be copied. For software work, a 30-day technical warranty applies: if you find a bug in our code, we fix it free of charge.
Kairos Seasons carries a special 30-day money-back guarantee: if the seasonal decoration isn't right for you, within 30 days of installation we'll remove it from your site and refund you in full, no questions asked — this overrides the general "result delivered — no refund" rule.
