TimeKairos is a digital web atelier where you work directly with the people building your project. You join one shared chat with the development and QA team, while Olga coordinates the process without adding unnecessary layers. The result is clear communication, fixed pricing, and full visibility into the work.
Built TimeKairos to give businesses premium web development without unnecessary middlemen. I personally architect every project and take responsibility for the final product. For websites and landings — HTML5, Tailwind CSS, GSAP. For complex platforms — Next.js, React, TypeScript. I choose the stack based on the task, not the trend.

250+ projects before TimeKairos — founder's track
TimeKairos as a brand launched in January 2026. The numbers below are founder Oleg Fedorov's personal experience from May 2022 until launch — not TimeKairos client count.
May 2022First line of code
~150custom code projects
~50builder projects
~50AI builder projects
Before founding TimeKairos, I went through 250+ projects on custom code, builders, and AI builders. And I understood one thing: clients need good websites at fair prices. Not "just to have one", but as a tool that works for business. TimeKairos is the result of that experience.— Oleg Fedorov, founder
The story of one ticket
A real story that explains why TimeKairos works the way it does.
A friend came to me for help. He critically needed a train ticket for a specific date. The situation was familiar and hopeless: scalper bots scrape every seat in milliseconds. A human with a mouse stands no chance.
I decided to help and wrote an app that monitored the booking system. The plan was simple: someone returns a ticket — the app instantly sends the link. And then a ticket appeared! My friend clicked exactly one minute later… and it was already gone. Scalpers had taken it faster. That's when I realized my mistake: "notification buttons" are an illusion. On the network, one minute of latency means you've already lost. So I sat down and rewrote the logic.
I authorized the script through his account directly. When a ticket appeared the second time — the system didn't wait for a human reaction. It simply booked the seat itself, cutting the scalpers off. My friend got 15 calm minutes to pull out his card and pay for his ticket. Problem solved.
Businesses compete through their digital systems every day. Slow websites and manual processes can create friction that costs time and opportunities. I build custom-coded products designed to help companies move faster and operate with greater control.

founder's pre-brand projects
What you can verify today
We don't mix founder experience with brand results.
TimeKairos launched in January 2026. Below — public proof you can open and verify.
The 250+ on this page is the founder's pre-brand experience; some projects are NDA and not published.
When to Come to Us. And When Not to.
Come to us if:
You need a unique website that doesn't look like thousands of others
You want to see the code, know who writes it, and control the process
You care about speed, SEO, and AI visibility from day one
You understand that a website is an investment, not an expense
Better to go elsewhere if:
You need a basic one-page website in a single day → a website builder may be the better fit
Budget under $300 → freelance marketplaces or Tilda templates
You need a blog or e-commerce on WordPress → specialized studios do it better
You need a native mobile app (iOS/Android) → that's not our profile, we'll recommend colleagues (PWA — we do)
If we can't help you — we'll honestly say so and recommend those who can. We don't take projects where we can't deliver results.
Our Limitations
And why we don't see it as a problem
01
We don't draw mockups for months
You choose a ready design — we adapt it to your brand. Results in days, not months. But if you need a fully custom design with unique animations per block — a large studio does it better.
02
We don't replace your marketing strategy
We build the technical conversion foundation: speed, structure, CTAs, forms, analytics, and UTM-based variations. Traffic strategy, content planning, and paid campaigns remain the responsibility of your business or marketing partner.
03
We cost money
Our websites start at $600. If you only need a basic online presence, a website builder may be more cost-effective. We are best suited to businesses that treat their website as a long-term commercial asset.
04
Honest scope from day one
If a project does not fit the model — we say upfront: more expensive, longer, different format. When needed, we suggest where else to go. Better honest at the start than a bad result at the end.
05
We don't argue
If you're confident in your decision — we'll implement it, even if we see a different path. We'll advise, warn about risks, but the final word is always yours. It's your project.
06
CMS — an option, not a default
We are not anti-WordPress — it is our CMS stack when a panel truly helps. We do not add one by default: KAYA uses updates through us; Lie Detection Group keeps WP backend + ACF. Many clients prefer messaging us over logging into a panel once a year.
We're not perfect — and we don't try to appear so. We just want you to know what you get — and what you don't — before you pay.
Technology Stack
For websites & landings: HTML5, Tailwind CSS, GSAP, Lenis, Swiper — lightweight code, no frameworks, Lighthouse 90+. For complex web apps & e-commerce: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL. We choose the stack based on the task — not the trend.
Turnkey web development is our first product. Not our only one. We're building an ecosystem of digital tools under one brand, with the same quality bar you see in our websites: fast, transparent, no fluff.
💬
We are working toward a website-management experience that is as straightforward as ordering the website itself.
◎
We are building a quieter post-launch layer — so you can see that the digital asset is in good shape, and when attention is needed, work is already underway.
👁
Choose a foundation with the same clarity as the final decision: see it first, then decide.
✦
We are preparing a path where a ready project from a builder or AI assembly can reach atelier-grade quality: technical cleanup, verification, and a calm launch.
👔
Niche fashion digital solutions are in development — where the buyer sees, not guesses. Core brand products remain the focus.
▷
We are training on living motion and scroll-driven scenes for a higher visual tier — no public product until the quality bar is stable.
🌍
For international clients — the same code and Lighthouse 90+ baseline; we adapt the operational layer to your market.
We don't announce dates or promise revolutions. Every new product goes through the same process as the 90 websites in our portfolio: quietly, thoroughly, until it's right. When it's ready, you'll be the first to know.
