⚙️ This was a redesign of a live site with a complex structure. The goal was to carefully fix everything without breaking existing functionality. A performance score of 81 is the maximum we could squeeze out of the current site.
Problems with the old site: • No structured data (JSON-LD) — Google couldn’t understand the content • No Open Graph / Twitter Cards — empty card when sharing on social media • No hreflang — search engines didn’t link language versions together • No canonical — risk of duplicates in the index • Incorrect heading hierarchy (h1 → h3 → h5, skipped levels) • Layout with <div> without semantics — search engines couldn’t understand page structure • No lazy loading — slow loading on mobile • Minimal accessibility — no ARIA markup
