2.1. Contact and order forms: name, email, phone, preferred language, messenger, preferred contact time, project description or message.
2.2. Files you upload (optional): PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, JPG, PNG — up to 5 MB per file.
2.3. Technical data may include your IP address, browser, device type, and interface language. This information is collected automatically when you visit the website or submit a form, for example through server logs and abuse-prevention tools.
2.4. Cookies: language preference (lang) and anonymous visit statistics (see section 5).
3.1. To respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, enter into and perform a contract.
3.2. To contact you via your chosen channel (email, phone, Telegram or another messenger).
3.3. To secure the website and prevent spam and form abuse.
3.4. To improve the website using aggregated, anonymized analytics.
3.5. Legal basis: your consent (form submission), contract performance, and the Contractor's legitimate interest in service security.
4.1. Files are used only to assess the project, prepare a proposal, and deliver the order.
4.2. We do not publish file contents without your separate written consent.
4.3. Files are stored on the hosting provider's secure servers and in team channels (email, messengers) only as long as needed to process the inquiry and project.
4.4. After project completion or upon your request, we delete files when they are no longer needed for warranty support or accounting.
5.1. Language cookie (lang) — stores your interface language for up to 1 year.
5.2. Anonymous analytics (Vercel Analytics) — aggregated page visit data without personal identification. We do not use Meta/Google ad pixels on the main TimeKairos website.
5.3. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings; some features (e.g. saved language) may work less reliably.
6.1. Data may be processed by technical providers that help us operate the service: hosting (Vercel), email, messengers, team notification systems. They receive only the minimum data required for their function.
6.2. We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
6.3. If you do not become a client, inquiry data may be retained for up to 24 months after your last contact. Active-client data may be retained throughout the engagement and for up to three years afterward for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes, unless a different period is agreed.
6.4. Disclosure to authorities — only as required by applicable law.
7.1. You may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion (where not required for legal retention), restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent.
7.2. Send requests to support@timekairos.com.ua with subject "Personal data". We respond within 30 days.
7.3. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
